The Whispers of the Tempest Wind : Nature's Dictated Movement
I am the wind, a force to be reckoned with,
A voice that whispers, but also a tempest.
I roam the earth, with no bounds or restrictions,
My movements guided by the laws of nature's dictions.
I am the wind, the breath of life,
Bringing change, causing strife.
I bring the scents of blooming flowers,
And the rustling of leaves, for hours.
I bring the cool breeze on a summer's day,
And the howling winds that make trees sway.
I am the wind, a symbol of freedom,
Bringing joy, and also a dread them.
But humans, with their greed and might,
Try to control me, with all their might.
They build wind turbines, and harness my power,
To feed their lust for energy, every hour.
But in doing so, they fail to see,
The destruction they bring, to you and me.
They cut down forests, and disrupt the balance,
Leaving destruction in their wake, with no penance.
They pollute the skies, and the oceans blue,
With their insatiable thirst, for something new.
But the wind remains, a constant reminder,
Of the power of nature, and its splendor.
For I am the wind, a force to be reckoned with,
A voice that whispers, but also a tempest.
I am a reminder of our place in the world,
And of the importance of preserving it, undisturbed.
For we are but mere mortals, with limited sight,
And the wind is a reminder, of our own might.
So let us not seek to control or subdue,
The wind, or any other aspect of nature's hue.
Let us instead embrace its power, and its grace,
And work to preserve it, with all our pace.
For the wind, like all of nature, is a gift,
And we must protect it, before it's adrift.
In this verse,
We must ponder on the wind, and its call to revolutionize.
For it represents the power of nature, and its might,
And it is a reminder of our own limitations, and our sight.
Let us not seek to control, but to protect and preserve,
The wind, and all of nature, for all to observe.
