This is for thine that remembers our 'kine
My heart discharged the tears so swiftly,
As a letter written to rid of my mind so clearly,
A phone call together as we spoke in endearment,
Reminded me how close we were without hesitation,
The distance didn't match how we kept in touch with fierceness,
Until that day on a flight from Waikiki to SJC thinking I'm better since that hateful glee instilled in thee,
So sweetly a hug as I turned in desparity,
Without hesitation we understood the mess my life has become when those eyes didn't want me,
I laid down my violence when I was away but maybe I should be more violent since desparity is going my way,
The misery I handled with with the barrooms,
Now without family what else am I supposed to do,
Instigating fights I can do with my eyes closed,
That's how good I can be but how would a man become friends with someone if such a deed is done constantly,
I don't know love except what I've been shown,
Remember the fights I started on my own,
Still people think I'm a coward because I push on without a groan,
Of course I miss a bliss we shared under a tent,
Remember how we laughed yet now people think we laugh in greedy sessions.
