I'm lost

I'm lost.
There's no where to go.
I'm filled with darkness.
It consumes my body.
I'm lost.
It's foggy.
I feel so troubled and alone.
There's no where to go, but down.
I fall.
And I keep falling.
I try to stop, but no ones there to catch me.
I hate myself.
I hurt myself.
I try to take away the pain but it always come back.
It never stops.
I drowned in my own worries.
I drowned in my own tears.
I'm drowning.
But I see people around me breathing.
Laughing.
Being what I'm not.
Happy.
