I feel silly saying this, esp to you, and I hope I don't get bumped off the site for saying this... but i always found the light strums of guitar in the background almost trite, your poem is solid and it doesn't need it.
Also you read this very well, but it almost felt like a speech, and not something that was coming from your soul... I know sounds cheesy, But I just get such a kick when I really feel what someone is saying,
As far as the poem goes, I thought it was brilliant, and very very clever, I loved the different connections, and ending was priceless.. I sure it did wonderful on stage
