Duende (Tony Brown, Poetry; Steven Cafaro, bass/guitar) in Southern New England
Current Poetic Events Duende (the poetry/music project of Tony Brown, poet and Steven Cafaro Jr., electric bass and guitar) will be performing at two Southern New England venues this week, on Nov 17th and 18th.

From Tony:

"We'll be at Gotpoetry Live @ Blue State Coffee, 300 Thayer Street, Providence, RI, on Tuesday, 11/17 as the featured performers. 8-10 PM.

"And on Wednesday, Nov. 18, we'll be on the bill for a unique combination of music, dance, drama, and poetry at the Riverside Restaurant, 58 Grove Street, Middleborough MA. Here's a link to the site that explains "The Mystery of Woman:"

Duende has been performing up and down the Eastern Seaboard since 2006, and have released two CD/chapbook sets ("Jim's Fall" and "americanized," both on their own Loyal Weasel label and Press). They've been featured prominently on the Indiefeed Performance Poetry podcast site in the past two years, and recently performed at the Indiefeed showcase at the Bowery Poetry Club in NYC, with their performance recroded for future podcast and a potential live CD release.
