In the Traditional News: Congress recognizes no limits on its power. It doesn't care about the Constitution, it doesn't care about your inalienable rights. If this health care bill becomes law, America, life as you have known it, freedom as you have exercised it, and privacy as you have enjoyed it will cease to be.

In the Traditional News: A new CBS News poll (.PDF) shows Americans, by a 2/3 majority, do not want Sarah Palin to run for president in 2010. In fact, 38 percent of Americans have an unfavorable view of Sarah Palin, while only 23 percent of those surveyed think highly of the former VP candidate.

Uninsured ER patients twice as likely to die

In the Traditional News: Uninsured patients with traumatic injuries, such as car crashes, falls and gunshot wounds, were almost twice as likely to die in the hospital as similarly injured patients with health insurance, according to a troubling new study.

In the Traditional News: Liz Cheney, the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, sat on Sunday's Fox News Sunday panel. After the topic turned to President Obama's respectful bow before Japanese Emperor Akihito, Liz Cheney tried to make a case for her father, who deferred bowing to the Emperor in 2007, for a Presidential run in 2012.

Obama urges Congress to put off Fort Hood probe

In the Traditional News: President Obama on Saturday urged Congress to hold off on any investigation of the Fort Hood rampage until federal law enforcement and military authorities have completed their probes into the shootings at the Texas Army post, which left 13 people dead.
