The fireman

He risked his life all the time,
to try and save another.
He ran into a burning house...
to save some boys mother.
Never a second thought,
to save another soul.
He says to him it's worth the risk...
it makes his life feel whole.
Then one day the alarm rang...
off again to fight a fire.
He ran into a burning building...
that to me...is something to admire.
That same week...due to wed...
He saved someone elses wife.
It was in a building burning down...
The same place he lost his life.
