Still Frame

by Azaley

A thought once heard becomes a mystery that never had the chance to begin. So many words, so many feelings all to show one process of the mind but always seems willing to neglect the heart.

Blinding light that seems to carress the eyes yet all the while tearing your retina to the core while it surrounds you in it's heavenly way and soothes you into submission.

A primitive feeling so deep it becomes part of you before you even spit the words out. Complications arise only to subdue you into the center of a life of agony.

The core of a never ending story wraps it's arms around you and squeezes tight enough to be sure you will not suffocate but wither in it's carress.

A being so strong your body knows not how to function but hold itself at a stand still. Your mute self holds together with only a sense of what you once were.

Going further inside yourself you catch a glimpse of what you could have been, as you open your arms to embrace the future your hands fall empty to your sides and you see the blur of what truly is.

A sweet escape tempts the soul into a misbegotten luxury of the mind. While the body, your body moves forward your legs turn to stone as the reality sets in that you are no longer in control.

Hurting is no longer a physical state that is obtained, not when every cell, every molecule of the person you were turns to ash and is forbidden from ever being whole.

A prayer could be said unto the life that was supposed to be within reach. It takes the opening of your eyes to see the life sustained for so long and complete it's true beauty.

I got a little lost in this, but it is still very well written. I am still thinking through what it really means and what my connection is to it, and I guess that is a good thing, that I am thinking about it.

Well thanks, I think. Smile I am only implying how life might fele from one day to the next. while you might at one point think it has nothing to offer then next day might be an awakening. Vice versa.

Azaley, With reading it and with your reply. I reread it and it became clear. I had thought along that line, but had been unsure, Realy enjoyed it.dAVE
