Let's Evolve

Synchronicity
A New Age Philosophy
The rapture of 'we'

To contend we should evolve:
Freedom cannot ever involve

Failed philosophy
State controlled 'democracy'
War, atrocities.

Alter-Globalisation
Defy united nations

People not Power
Care before corporations
Need replacing greed

'Intellectual' elite
Puppet master's hidden hand

Defying nature
Nepotism for self gain
Hoi Polloi at play

And if we dare to complain
We're 'Egalitarian'

'Terrorists'; a threat
We built their walls of commerce
Fought their wars of want

Involved until the profit
Then left dying at the front

Time to take it back
Generations of our toil
Bring forth the future

Calloused hands of fortitude
To ourselves we should be loyal

Without us they'll die
Without our strength and vigour
They cannot survive

We all know this is the truth
And in truth they know it too.

wise words as always mate. instead of commenting technically ( as i know bugger all about haikus ha ha ) let me tell you a story. two tramps were fighting over a discarded beefburger outside gateshead bus station that someone had thrown away before boarding a bus. within three minutes the police were there to take them away, so they wouldn't offend the sensibilities of my fellow commuters. when a friend of mine, who lives on one of the crappier sunderland estates was burgled the police took 5 hours to arrive after they had recieved the emergency call - let's evolve indeed - charles darwin.
