DescriptionCAN YOU IMAGINE?! It's the first Providence Poetry Slam Musicians' Open Mic of 2009!!!

Performers of all genres/mediums are welcome - singer/songwriters, poets, comedians, etc. As long as it's acoustic and the material is your own, we want you to sign up on our open mic list and show us whatcha got!!

Each musician gets 8 MINUTES!
Each poet gets 3 MINUTES!
ORIGINAL WORKS ONLY!!

Not only will we have a full open mic, but we will also present a special feature set from none other than TOM INHALER!!

Tom is based in Providence, RI. The former DJ for the Providence Poetry Slam, and regular at the music open mic, this is his first feature at AS220. He has been described by the Minneapolis City Pages as "bearded, gangly, and entirely unlikely," and by music blog Audiversity as a "knob-twiddling fiend." The record label he started, Supply And Demand Music, is home to last month's feature, Dark Dark Dark, as well as local artist Between The Pine.
