Dear John,

It's been about a month since I was cut-off from any and all communications with gotpoetry... those email notices were very important to me.

Some members say everyone is experiencing problems, but I know different. I also know some sort of response to my help-desk post should have been forthcoming by now.

Is there a plan in place to fix the problem? If so, when?
If not, why?

We poets support gotpoetry each and every time we post a poem...
How about some assistance in return?

Getting other companies to address issues is difficult.

Also, I have recieved 119 emails from the website since yesterday. Things are working for a whole lot of people. I've noticed Yahoo and Comcast accounts are affected mostly.

Ha - because I don't receive messages I had no idea you'd replied.

Comcast, eh? Lucky me...

Do you think Comcast is accidentally spam-filtering them out? They seem to have pretty decent tv support - I'll try contacting their internet support people tomorrow. I'll let you know what I find out.

Hey John - I think I just fixed mine myself...

I switched my email from Comcast SmartZone to "live.com"...
and I immediately received a message from gp... a reply to one of my comments.

I hope the Comcast problem can be resolved someday, and I even sent a detailed critique to Comcast in Seattle... but for now I'll settle for having a separate email address for gotpoetry messages.

You were right, it's not gp - it's Comcast. Good luck....
