The My_Posts page lists every post you ever started in the forums. Posts you only replied to do not show up.

It is sortable and spans multiple pages so its easier to read.

You can't find it in the menu?

If its the later, its because http://www.gotpoetry.com/My_Posts.html is not in the menu, its in http://www.gotpoetry.com/Your_Account.html under My Account Tools

When you go to http://www.gotpoetry.com/My_Posts.html and you look at the bottom right, you'll see a check box that says "Only workshops:"

If you check that you get only the topics you've started in the Poetry Workshops or in otherwords - only your poems that you've posted here: http://www.gotpoetry.com/Forums/c=1.html
