Your rank goes up as you post in the forums. You start off with one star below your name in the forum. Over time your rank increases and the sayings below your name change according to how many times you've posted in the forums.

All of this is automated. If you have a saying below your name that is weird, don't worry about it. It will eventually change. No one has singled you out.

Occasionally you will see a user who is a member of the staff that has a special Rank with a special graphic and saying below their name. This is just to make them stand out so that other members of the site can seek help from them if they need it.

Members who have subscribed to the site 'for life' with a lifetime subscription get a special rank and group.
