Lowell Open mike for poets and songwriters
Current Poetic Events With the Higher Ground Coffee house I am putting together an open mike night and am now looking for features or others interested in rebuilding Lowell's literary scene....



There are many writers out here who travel out to Worcester and Boston for the slams and readings so why don't we "Make a Scene" at home...to get involved or for more info please email me at :dave@davebreslin.com or visit www.ThisSoberLife.com

Although when I put the URL in directly, it worked fine.

Nice site, by the way.

Lowell's got a huge history behind it, what with Kerouac and all...be nice to see something cooking up there.

    I've heard you read many times at the Java Hut, and what you have going on there is what Lowell needs, I used to pop into those readings here and there while I was living out in worcester a couple of years ago...Hopefully, if you were interested, when we get things rolling I can have you come down as a feature, since you were part of my inspiration to keep writing....Thanks Again, Dave
