Slam Planet recieves Runner-Up in the Lone Star States category
Electronic Media Former Longhorns letterman as well as All-Conference third baseman and now Hollywood producer Ryan Brooks premiered his feature documentary Slam Planet: War of the Words at the Alamo Drafthouse South during SXSW Film Festival on Sunday, March 12.

Three days later, on Wednesday, March 15, the film was selected as the runner up in the Lone Star States category for Audience Awards at the festival.

    No. Ryan Brooks and his Hollywood based company Gold Glove Productions were one of the producers of this movie.

    Mr. Brooks was one of the Producers of the film and his Hollywood based production company Gold Glove Productions Produced/Financed the picture along with SlamChannel Inc. and Mythos Studios.
