Alvin Lau, Chicago IL USA

Alvin Lau Two-time national youth slam champion Alvin Lau's poems wait for him to fall asleep before slipping out of their cage and try to take over the world. The "Pinky and the Brain approach" so far unsuccessful, they resign themselves to being obsessive rewrites and being prodded with a ballpoint, biding their time. (Alvin secretly cheers for them.)

Lee Knight Jr.

A socio-political story teller, Lee has been reading on open mic for the last 7 years, and featured in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Las Vegas, Nevada, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Jose and Berkeley, California. His work has been published in: River Run 2003, the Annual Arts Journal of the University of Colorado Springs; the 2003 Survival of the Ill List Anthology; the 2004 European Poets Anthology; and the 2004 German Poets Anthology. His poetry can be seen on the Survival of the Ill List DVD and the War of the Words DVD.
