Pat Robertson calls hate crime law a "noose" around Christian necks (Video)
http://02e56fa.netsolhost.com/blog1/index.php/2009/10/30/pat-robertson-admits-using-a-prostitute-
Violence against innocent people, gay or straight, is already illegal. This is thought and speech crime legislation, plain and simple. It protects no one from violence, but could criminalize someone for simply speaking his/her mind. It is wrong to lynch, drag, or otherwise violate another innocent person. Normal, decent people know that. This legislation decrees that it is worse in certain instances solely because of a person's sexual preference or race. All people should have equal protection under the law.
