Disappointment

I stand on the edge of expectation
and look out over pleasure with
a heartfelt need for you.

You will be here soon.

Patience and temptation
pull at my heart strings.
I lust for you in a way
no one could possibly imagine.

Everything is ready. Perfect.

Will you ravage me? Please do.
Swept up by the remembrance of you.
Wanting you so much.
To make this desire for you go away
with your presents.

It’s late. Where are you?

No, please not this.
My heart beats no longer.
My lungs take not another breath.
My body , my mind, all that is in pain
Screams for you.
