Worse Than Scum

What can I do but pound my fists
So hard against a concrete wall?
The only thing that makes me hurt,
That starts to make my heartbeat fall.

Frustration pushes at my skull,
Tries hard to split my head in two.
This rage will all come pouring out,
Beware, you know it's aimed at you.

One man has ruined everything,
Killed happiness within my heart.
My Mother's life a sorry mess,
My Grandma's world was torn apart.

Through scattered days and angry tears
We kept the peace, we tamed the mess.
And all for what? He walked back in.
Controlled our lives through horrid stress.

And still this day I sit and hear
The stories hurt me with such force.
How could you do that to your Dad?
They let you off, you "felt remorse."

You aren't a man, you're worse than scum,
You make me sick, I can't explain
How much I'd love to see you squirm,
To see you writhe in intense pain.

I've thought this over, through and through,
I've learnt to stand up to your threat.
So come on, hurt me, please do try,
You'll be surprised by what you get.

Unfortunately it is true. The man I'm talking about is biologically my uncle, although as far as I'm concerned he is nothing to me, and I meant every word of what I said in this poem. Anyway, enough of my depressing life Razz
