with you i dream

by puppylove

As I lay, trying to sleep
thinking, overcomes me
thoughts of you flow
As I start to feel your hands
My breath, then escapes my body

as I fall asleep
my dreams, they gleam
with you there beside me
bodies close together
no clothing between

no matter where we are
your there with me
Hands holding me tight
Breath hot on my skin
Lips moving on my neck

The phone rings
As my dreams dissipate
I pick up the phone, hear your voice
Knowing you’re not with me
My heart then breaks

Like the feeling and passion in this. Like how the poems breaks with that heartbreak of realizing reality, definetly fits into the moment of the times we dream, wish and grasp to only dissipate into the air of reality. Yet the moments that live in our dreams can actually some day come true. Good write.
