Again I could not see my little woman dolly
So did I really miss my GP friend Melly
I probably might have unknowingly hurt her
As I did hear her painful silent murmur
A talented poetess I'm missing a lot
my words find it difficult to describe her in short
May you be happy Melly wherever you are
I'll remember you even if you're miles away far
Melly did ask me to smile and ever shine
I tried to do that and prayed the divine
Her secret hide out I'm unable to seek
I'm but a man with a tender heart very weak
Please Melly reappear on our favourite GP site
Let's take our poetry mood on a different height !

Melly is a good poet and was an asset to this site. I hope we see her here again soon. This is a fine tribute to her.

Rory,the new poets now on GP do not know about Melly.When I was fed up with bias regarding the rating and comments on my poems I told her that I was thinking of leaving the GP site,She encouraged me to write in English and not to leave the site,I do not know what went wrong that she herself stopped posting her poems.I've written this poem long back but I didn't post it.I'm really missing her.thanks for comment...Dr.Anant

Hello Dr.! I've been gone for a long while, too and I've been able to post a few in the last few days, but I know I will not be able to continue due to needing to devote all my spare time to editing photographs for my photography business. However...you were one of the poets that I enjoyed reading and you were very kind to me, so I wanted to read a few of your and this is the one I just had to comment upon. I noticed that Melly was no longer on, too, and yes...like you and so many others on this site...I miss her too. She was one of the most sweet, fun-loving, and positive poets on this site. Your poem is beautiful and if she reads it I'm sure she will be quite touched! Thanks! Keep writing!!

Thank you Julie.I'd like to request you to keep writing even if you do not find time to post them.I'm also very busy as my profession demands still I try to write and post them though I find little time to go through others poems and comment on them.Thanks once again for detail comment and encouragement ...Dr.Anant
