| | And they plan an adventure, Gran and O.P. Rex and Rus the T'-saurusby alana
And O.P Rex, he said in a deep voice,” have you been fed up ?”
“Gran, say have you fed them your famous rosemary and apple flan?”
Rus smacked his lips and rubbed his tummy, with a “yummy -
yum yum yummy , I am so very hungry, have you a bite or few for me ?”
And O.P. Rex, not knowing a thing about Rus said, “Say hey you-
You not planning to bite me up are you? “, and he laughed-
a deep rumble from his belly up, while Rus blushed deeper red
so I said, “O.P. , Rus is a vegellyterian, and O.P shook his wise head
in exasperation, Gran rushed upstairs to fetch a salad or two
Rex tossed some berries, with penne, smileys , basil sauce, a few
merries with scotch, BBQ sauce, herbs and potions, strange pink lotions
into a test tube that rattledits glass skin to spew strange shadows
I thought I saw earthworms in spaghetti sauce, I thought I saw Santa Claus
I thought I saw strange sleeves ending in sharp monster claws
Gran came down with a tray of food, I ate a carrot and some beans
it was the strangest of meals, given the time of the day and the means
but the blueberry pasta that Rex cooked up , was the best I should say
where the bluest of berries laughed with the penne in a tomato toss
a la Gordon Ramsay, I thought I saw a berry jiggle and jive my way
Rus said something, about it being a strange and tiring day, Rex nodded
Gran rolled into an apple pie, I was falling asleep under a lemon yellow sky
a soft red finger with claw of ivory shell, pulled a rug on me, I tried to fly
and that was the last thing I saw, but I smelled the herbs in hot wine
as they went on to mark on maps, I heard their rumble, I felt a paw,
smooth my brow. The food went cold, the ice did thaw, the flan
was forgotten, for hurrah , hot air balloons glided into the plan
and somewhere something just snapped shut
while I saw me singing ” see you later, alligator”, but
need I repeat as to how weird dreams are, are gators designed to be cute
and how can people skateboard upwards , only to tumble from chutes?

yum yum yummy little tigger. are we off on hot air ballons next? you brought all five senses in again, and loads of emotions too wheeeeeeee.
i thought i saw santas claws once ha ha. love the lemon yellow sky. did you know saturns biggest moon called titan has a lemon yellow sky and liquid methane oceans.
blueberry pasta?????
loved it alana - aaawww i always knew rus was a good veggie thesaurus - your friends omegapaulicussss and houndicussulkyicus.

well, O.P.Rex knows that fruit pie is not exactly a comfort for Rus of great big middle and kids get too hyper when fed carbs and sugar, so he invented blueberry pasta with tomato toss etc for the sweet tooth but was careful to use whole wheat pasta etc etc, but you know all that, you invented it, - the blueberry pasta
