This is where we find
darkness
lurking where there was
once light
We find apathy
where we once screamed
& we find hate
hiding where there was
once love
In our silence
we have planted tentacles
of technology
that creep & crawl
thru our
consciousness
crunching on blood
& bone
with crazy Frankenstein
teeth
In our silence
we are frozen
figures of fear
waiting for the right
fucking moment
to live in a world
where living means
saying
yes to debt
yes to slavery
yes to starvation
yes to politicians
yes to fascism
yes to poverty
yes to greed
yes to priests
yes to war
yes to fashion
yes to Hollywood
yes to everything
In our silence…
we have no humanity
