Hard to forgive

Yes it is hard to forgive
As we have tendency to take more and less to give
Cause mental agony and pain than to provide relief
Very narrow thoughts for strengthening the belief

We should concentrate on what we are!
Our background, social status and shining stars
Lavish spending and movement in elegant style
Makes person to believe in arrogance for a while

It makes and strengthens to follow certain etiquette
Rest people are down trodden and stand no chance to equate
They have not only low thinking with cheap mentality
But poor living standard and inferior quality

It has given some sort of high level thinking
There is no fear that ship also can be sinking
This is one kind of intoxication and prove impediment
It may bring down person with no time for resentment

“King does no wrong” was the slogan in ancient times
So rich can do no wrong either in recent times
The greed for more is growing day by day
The lust for more hunger is likely to stay

The concept has changed slowly in recent period
The power of wealth has created vacuum and void
Yet there is an urge for reducing the gap
More attempts to bridge the gulf with than sources to tap

Rich are getting richer day by day
Poor are getting poorer and drifting away
The difference remains wide and lead to emergence of hatred
No road is seen proper to take everybody along and lead

This has remained age old rivalry
Rich and poor are fact not adversary
But certain compulsion have been seen and felt necessary
As level of standard and thoughts are likely to vary

It may not be worthwhile and prudent on our part
To do away over night with the systems and depart
Despite all the honest efforts the gulf may still remain
It will lead to differences and cause the agony with pain

Let us limit ourselves to certain degrees and do something good
Provide whatever amenities necessary along with the food
Some kind of social security can certainly perform the magic
Shelter, education and employment is the elementary basic
