Scared at birth
Destined to wander through life alone
never to find true happiness
never to find a place I can call ''Home''
Living life in limbo as
one long cold lonely night
plagued by illness and self doubt
I lay helpless in life's gutter
wounded
unable to get out.
waiting for the vultures with hideous
beaks to pounce
put my faith in others
but they always let me down.
Can this really be reality
or insanity
will I suddenly awake
from the nightmare
and taste the real reality
I suffocate in desperation
I drowned in a million
internal tears
I watch life going on from afar
and so regret the wasted passing years.

Every one interprets the writings of others in different ways - I'm becoming more and more swayed by the symbolism I see in many writes and this one in particular is full of symbols. For me, on the symbolism alone it rates a 10 - well done Pete:)-Phoebe

Alana my furry friend, you always make me smile, your not like other tiggers, your special. I just got a copy of Tyger monthly, with a picture of a tasty antelope on the cover. I'm ripping it up now!. - - - - ha ha.
