A Powerful Premonition

I need a shoulder to cry on please.
I don’t know what else I can do..

I’m trying so hard to hold it together
But sadly tears keep breaking through

I promised myself if this ever happened
I’d be cool and control any stress

But now that it’s going to happen you see..
I’m a quivering, blubbering mess

There's only one thing can prepare me for this
That’s to go out and get myself blotto

I really believe, on this New Year's Eve .
I'll be winning the National Lotto!?

the last couplet contrast...the preceeding 5 i'm feeling the pain and then a burst of optomism and I'm better interesting write.....peace

the winning numbers are 4 12 32 6 18 and 22.....but according to douglas adams the answer to life, the universe and everything is 42.....we'll see - paul and the number 42 hound.
