MENTAL FOOD

It's my longstanding grievance
That I lose my emotional balance
When I remember my bygone past
That culminates in writing a poem at last

I weep, cry, shout in frustratiowith
with a lot of mayhem
And express my helplessness
in these tender words
That soothes my mind and
feelings inward

I've a lot of foes and not
even a single crony
That makes me worried and
I look so much funny
When I'm alone and in pensive mood
I write a few words
And,that's enough as my mental food !

Well ironed thats beautiful, indeed a good mental food. I love this piece! I really enjoyed... 1st stanza was really graceful

love the title and the poem! great write! a couple mistypes in verse two need cleaned up but other than that an enjoyable read.
