No more songs

Sing no more sweet songs to me.
And leave the wind for my aching heart.
That draws the sorrow from my eyes.
Which once knew love, that bared no lie.
Un paint the flowers, and shroud the sun.
Let darkness be my cradle thus.
And watch white hands in warmest grasp.
That hone the fickle blades of love.
