Drink this wine of love

Oh to count the vines that made this wine
Poured now succulent upon thy lips
Carried far across the torrential seas
By the weary men on merchant ships
Now gather all, this perfect blend
And taste it once before the end
When eyes that see the deathly night
Despise the truth of blind men’s sight
Uplift it now, for before the dawn
The dark shall fade and love is born
