Diluted Orchestration

by FuchsiaFestival!

Orchestration became diluted
with platinum blonde smiles
and amoral projections:
a solar system without a sun,
a melody walking with dissimilar legs.

Do not fear the loss of sound,
it was an influx of rain
singing songs built
from merely lightning alone.

Chimes are now silverware tapping
against a table: stragglers,
cracked plates.

A ten and a heart what else! for capturing sounds in words and images that make of this a portrait of a process. So nicely done. I hope you have been well and that life is good for you? Warm Wishes and a hug, Tasha.

Rhythmic like a song if songs were so delicate.
