Evil twin

Out there saving the world,
What you claim your cause to be.
Could never reach accord,
so is never meant to be.

Don't push, doesn't feel right,
don't like the way you smother.
You lie looking to fight,
back off, don't even bother.

Your ideas are so plain,
you try to pass them as immense,
goals and purpose also vain,
what you're up to makes no sense.

I'm making strides and gaining ground,
your foolish ways will never work,
maybe now is time to move around,
can't stop fire without blowing smoke.

// Sentinel of all that's festive,
don't deny me time of joy,
stealing all that's comprehensive,
just to use it as a toy.

Engineer of things to come,
are there things you don't control?
only seem to favor some,
could I be on your patrol? //

Stand back you vile ingrate,
you've already lost control,
you're abusive and you're twisted,
but your pride will be your fall.

Don't have to agree with what I do,
but don't demand to be heard either,
apologies from you are past due,
to kiss my --- you should be eager.
