Dream Catcher

Your image circles boldly
so deep inside my sleep
Your loving shadow over mine
Brings on a hunger deep

I’m lost inside the thought of you,
from someplace way beyond
Tumbling, falling, round and round
My soul aches to respond

Every sensual thought of you
Is threaded through my core
Fragmenting, splintered shards of lust
Makes imagination soar

We’ve yet to meet but in my mind
I know my lover’s look
Let reality turn its face away
As fantasy writes the book
