Poems - Buck High

Buck High

you rode me that day
through ruby gold ethers
we two ran high and proud

you tasted of sunlight’s
sweetness strawberry round
and I tried to return to that home we
had lost so long ago when you suddenly flew
out the green feathered warmth that held me to you

so now we wove red
thunder to lace tatted clouds
filled with webbed woven wonder
delicately spelled in molten heart Light

as softly together we fell
lightly tumbling over and down
blue velveteen night in exhausted
but still luminous white etheric gowns

Love’s purest tell
in free fall now found
among sparkles of Life force
dotted around peace quietly sleeping
restfully sound fire-soldered to wilderness
covered in Mother’s green growing love ground
