If I could

If I was short, I would dig the earth
Until I found her fired girth
If I was tall I would catch the moon
And give it to you on a spoon

If I could reach up to the stars
I would grab you distant nebulas
And place them on a silver ring
But I am you, and you are me

Take my hand, let us wander so
Let our hearts be one, in deepest woe
