SELF HELP

The occult things
trouble my super sensitive brain
And,then tears flow
out of my eyes like torrential rain !

I brood always
over my bygone past
And feel alone,
all alone in this world, vast !

The outlet to my suffering
is this poetic creativity
that soothes my mind
And calms disturbed mentality !
