Unconditional Love

i've often thought what i'd say to you if given the chance
if destiny found integrity to reveal you to me
i have wondered for years
what you look like now
how your days have been going since then
have you smiled
or had children?
did you ever find the happiness that i couldnt offer?

i wonder what you thought of after
our last moment of intamacy
what did the words that i said to you, do to you?
did you change who you are?
your visions and beliefs
are you still standing for the same things?
or have you found someone to tame your ever charming rebellion?
curiousity asif i should even tell you
what the distance between your dying memories have done to me
how the emptiness of your voice haunts me

you were my ending to blissful foreverness
leaving you was like leaving hope than men like you could exist with women like me
but i knew i couldn't find selfishness within myself when
clearly!
greatness was waiting for your arrival
and i know, with every ounce of my everyness
i will always Love you!

love you like my grandma loved my grandpa for 75 years
and even through the coldness between our spaces your spotted membrance heats me up
and i can't let go
so i sleep in your spot
in your shirt
body washed with the scent of you
so that in every inhalation my dreams may drift me closer to you
when i'm in the loneliness of my stubborness to move one, i imagine you
here...next to me
creeping intoo my sanity feeding me a fantasy
build on move fallacies
and i can't fully let you go!

its been 10 years now
you must be married
while i have jumped from Tom to Dick to Harry and all their friends
but never once settling with anyone of them
i want you to know that i never kissed the
Rule: kisses are too intimate
and your lips, i want them to forever linger
so if i never kiss again
the memory of your goodbye is okay with me
i'm satiated
if i never find love again
say the words 'i love you' again
or look at someone with pure bliss in my heart
its okay...
i might cry every ounce of heartbreak onto my cheeks
but i regret Nothing!
letting you go find success in your dreams is my greatest accomplishment..
but still....

you captured the feelings so well in this poem. the wonder of what would have been and where are you now in life.
