A faceless party
New Labour they’re called
Shouts from the unions
Blair ignores
What do they stand for?
I’ll have to ask you...
To be honest I haven’t a clue.
Blair says they have changed
'New Labour' the name
Thatcher likes Blair
They’re one of the same.
He rid the party of Clause 4
And changing much more,
The media tycoon Rupert Murdoch is over the moon
With young Tony Blair,
For a Labour leader it is rare
To have a world wealthy man
As such a powerful fan.
A faceless party
New Labour now needs to sell it to the people
The left no longer leads this party
We have got tough which we hope suites
The thousands and thousands of the Tory grass routes.
Tony Blair once a supporter of CND states
I have left the left
No desire to bring
Back the rates,
The council tax works
The poll tax wasn’t that bad
A socialist turned Tory
Are we mad?
