Poems - Life?

Life?

He sits alone in his easy chair
watches old movies through the night
doesn't notice no one else is there
falls asleep until morning light.
Eats h is solitary breakfast
drinks coffee on the run
he'd his one and only cast
for him life has not fun.
Goes to work precisely at nine
in his cubicle he hides
does his job and toes the line
then home again he rides.
Heats up a TV dinner or two
turns the television on
for him there's nothing else to do
but sleep again 'til dawn.

reminds me an old song called Solitary Man. a sad and well written poem.
