Her man is gone

As i lay in bed waiting
The day destined awaits
A funeral procession
Lower body into hole
Gone, a man is gone

And so the mourning begin
Wrapped in black the widow
An entire life taken away
By the cancers of pancreas
Gone, a man is gone

Crowded around the pit
In he goes with the dust
She cries for what has been
And what has become, suffers
Gone, her man is gone

The night doesn't sleep well
Every room makes footsteps
And a touch is felt in her palm
There is no tomorrow when,
Gone, her man is gone
