We Should

Don't wage war
Stop the suicide missions
Why risk our civilians and not the people in the prisons?
Inhibited hate
Stop and think
Why do we kill anyway?
Poisonous souls
Now the guilt is here to stay
I'm against murder any form or shape
Arm me with a new rifle and claim I'm fighting for the states
Tell my wife that I'm okay
Writing languishing letters of hope
I'm building castles in the air and hope they throw down a rope
I understand the struggle of our nation's corps
I support to the fullest
They have all my respect for sure
But I can't say the same for those who placed them in this pain
I understand if there's an aim
But we have an unexplained motive
What a shame
Killing our soldiers
We should just send our people home to bring their families closer
