Please Be My Rib

When Adam was lonely God gave him Eve
With an operation so pure that he didn't bleed
So to share our soul and become one as they did
I found my soulmate in you honey please to be my rib

Be my rib to complete us from a lonely existence
Our recipe of love makes us totally delicious
Please say yes darling I can have first dibs
For you're the best match for me and my lost rib

When we first met I knew you were the one
You saw me oggling you laughed and had fun
You brought out the boldness I would've hid
We had a lot of fun since then so please be my rib

A love letter or proposal that's for you to decide
To share another laugh and my feelings inside
This is not really a joke oh heaven forbid
I'm seriously asking you baby to be my rib

I'm still a little shy but have this ring in my hand
We've been dating for a while so I came up with this plan
I hand you this letter and ring like a silly little a kid
To be a permanent part of my life as wife and rib
