Humanity War

In the battle of political personalities
the people pay the cost
in the battle of charm & wit
the facts get lost
it's an unending contest
that's more of an entertainment-fest
puppets controlled by a party line
while common sense is thrown aside
we stare into the tv glare
with stars in our eyes
and are blind to the ones we love
and those in the same position as us-
We all lose this humanity war!

Very well put my dear, what a charade. you are certainly not, one of the many blind in the world, but have 3D vision, and are not brainwashed by the TV and media. we need more people like you to speak the truth, because the world is full of lies. you are brave enough to speak the truth, you read between the lines, as I do. I think it a real crime, you never got pone comment on this excellent work. maybe people are just to blind. thanks for posting. take care Pete.
