I'm trying hard to practice self-control.
I'm trying hard not to make that call.
I want to have that feeling I've had.
I want to write that email so bad.
The first day has passed and I've achieved my goal
And this first day has really taken it's toll.
Sapped of strength, one less way to recharge
But even this task is not too large.
I have others in my life to steer my way
And help me get through another day.
But her part was such an important one
Especially since my new life has just begun.
Tomorrow will bring another day
And I know at the end I still will say,
I miss our conversations together so
Because a lot of my peace to you I owe.
When this test is over and we've completed
The separation of emotion that we so needed
I'm sure that things will all become clear
And the first sound of your voice will bring a tear.
So hold on tight and stick to the rules
And hold on tightly to our common jewels.
And each time your hand touches our token
Remember that love can never be broken.

Good question... My own personal experience is that life can always have meaning and lessons when you search for them and remain honest, open-minded, and willing.

Wow. It's just one good question after the other. I hope that love can't be controlled. I'd hate to have the passion sucked out of my life. Curbed or put temporarily on hold would be a nice idea but probably not that either.

Thank you. For me it's easiest to write what I know. I appreciate the fact that someone else has enjoyed reading my 'virtual diary' because that's actually what most of my writings are.

VERY important words. 'To thine own self be true' and I truly am feeling that these days. There's a few people in my life I want to be truly proud of me and you're one of them.
