It’s so easy to be with you
Even if you have to cry
I can turn your tears to laughter
And I barely have to try

Because Granny knows the secrets
In your little giant heart
With a tickle or a dinosaur
I’ll make your tears depart

You are smiling when I finally leave
Three waters in my sack
And my kisses you are catching
Knowing soon I will be back

To make dino tracks in playdough
Or to learn to tie your shoe
Or to water all your flowers
I so love to be with you

A lot of warmth and love in your well written poem.
I'm sure when many of your poems are read back to you in years down the track by your grand children, there will be a tear. This poem is love.

Beautiful and lovely, you do your grandson proud and I can see your very loving. It must be the most rewarding experience to be able to write about love for a family member... I wish I could... Just doesn't come.... anyways, it reminded me of how we as humans are so malleable and moldable by actions. Kudos GDS Smile
