Not because I wanted it to be
Because it was... REAL

You let me kiss you goodbye
And your embrace...
Now I'm taking off into morning
This relief is... LOVE

You let me kiss you goodbye
Even though we're so afraid
Of the world out there
So stolen yet... GIVEN

You kissed me goodbye
And it was everything I'd hoped it could be
But could never expect, never expect...

Never expected this FOREVER goodbye

i really like the ending, but... the repetition doesnt quite work for me. since its a kiss goodbye, i was kind of already expecting the ending, but it seems like its supposed to be surprising.

Hyperbolic emotions, caps and ellipsis everywhere. Heartfelt, but needs other's eyes on it correct the crafting issues.
