Alien

The wind whispers my name
But it is not the wind of despair
It is the wind of harmony
The struggle has dissipated
Arms were taken
But I remain unscathed
I went over the edge
But I came back
Back to love
Back to life
Back to dance
Dancing in time to nature
I flitter about contently
I stand of my own accord
I shattered the record
No longer replaying mistakes
I am free to walk forward
Free to brave the light
And let go of the night
A distant memory
There is nothing left to forage
Have I the courage
To live
This is all foreign to me
