I, the word I, points to ones self, well most of the time and I think it can be over used. In this poem the use of the word at the start makes one think, the self, then later in the poem it seems to change according to the way it is read, it can sound as if ( I ) is a group of people talking to someone that has run for King in an election and won. Then ( I ) can be still speaking of ones self. I, myself I like this both ways (over easy or sunny side up). a seed sown in fertile ground, then the use of, fragile mind, Can mean ones own mind or a group of peoples mind. It was in the third stanza I seen the change in the poem. My question to you is, did you mean to write the poem, speaking two languages of thought? I am so very glad to see you posting again. Don't make me wait so long for the next one... BWP... James... Have a few of these today

Well, I think you read more into this poem than I intended! It was something that came from the heart, a memory that seemed to have gone, but is deeply buried and overwhelms me in dreams. It was not a romantic alliance. It is the power of dreams that is amazing, often - out of conscious control - one is taken places whether one likes them or not. Take care. Thanks for the smiles - here are some for you!
