Sorry if this is true. I got a giggle out of it myself. The truth is, I have a few girlfriends like this. When I read it a second time, it makes me want to LAUGH OUT LOUD! Can't though I'm at work. They would truly call the funny farm on me. Friend For Life -- Christa

ha ha, it's meant to be both funny, and true at the same time. some men like six foot tall leggy supermodel types. but i have always preferred girls with glasses, who read good books, and wear terrible purple and green stripey hats to cover their bad haircuts that they did themselves when they were drunk- love and peace forever my friend- paul. p.s. i'll bet all the money i have in my pocket that you have a bad hat.

Actually, I have a drawer full, but I do not wear them. the Children brigade would be all over me and would not allow it! I have one ver nice hat, that is too small for my head. It was my Greanmother's most wonderful feathered hat, made with a cornicopia of beautiful feathers, but she was a tiny lady, and died many years ago. She always bought a fancy small hat at the millener's (I don't know where ther is one anymore!) for Rosh Hashana. It is the new year and all new clothethes must be worn, and as women must wear some kind, any kind, of head covering, she would alwys get a small hat with a small brim. this is omy only object I still have from her death. All of the good Kosher plates(and she had three full sets of 12 sets each, plus a set of glass ones for vegetables)This is traditional kosher way. All of those but one have been broken over the years, but I still have some of the beautiful wine glasses...
