Waited for You

I patiently waited for you to see
Finally you came around and right to me
Now all I can do is think about you
Loving the fact that we are so new

Already I miss you and your touch
Anxiously waiting and wanting you so much
The way you look and how you are
Wishing you were closer instead of so far

It’s ok we have time for us to grow
I’ll still be here waiting just so you know
Waiting for you to make up your mind
Cause when you do I know you will find

Find that I am the one you needed to
Right here all along waiting for you
You took your time and that was good
Then you touched me like I knew you would

Now I’m addicted and I just want you again
When you kissed me the first time I knew then
It wouldn’t take much before my heart you did win
Cause we’re here together not where we’ve been
