Ahh..Mary Ann, Hello! Been a long time since I've been able to back on this site to read and hopefully write something and post again. I can see why writers need to go live in a solitudinal (Oh...I LOVE to make up my own 'julie-language' ) cabin in the deep woods to get inspired. in the last year I've had teeny tiny bits of inspiration, but if I can't act on them right at that second...they are gone with a resigned sigh.
Yours are among the poems that I want to read first. You never disappoint me. Loved your thoughts about your kitties. We've recently acquired a Yellow Maine Coon called Cornflake, who is the most loving cat I've ever had. However...if he does NOT learn to 'cover his tracks' more appropriately in his litter box.........  I asked him..."Where in H--L WERE you when your Mama was instructing you on the fine art of 'litter-pan hygiene'????" I'm getting tired of running in there and scratching around!!! MEEOWWWWW!
